Here's another one I need help with:

This MIGHT be a Full Moon release but maybe not. It has something to do with a Dawn Of The Dead type feel where this group of humans is the last on Earth. The things that took over.. when they see you, they point and shriek really loud. I also remember there was some dog with a human face.

I thought the title was Shriekers but the plot to that film doesn't seem to match.

It sounds like the remake of Invasion of the Body Snatchers with Donald Sutherland.

I ask you again Captain, where will you go?
You can destroy my specimens but what about the millions that wait to greet you outside?
Do you really think you can blow the piss out of them?
All of them?

I think was the first death was what's-his-name when he was being lifted out of the holding tank, the creature ripped half of his body off. One of the other deaths I recall was from one of those 'air spears' or whatever they were. One of the crew accidentally speared the captain as he backed into it, swelled up, and his heart exploded.

And probably the funniest lines were "so that thing has a hard-on for light, so what?"

"You don't get it.... light means 'lunch'!"

Seems that with every "Invasion" remake, the 'pod creatures' kept getting better at defeating the humans. If I recall correctly, they were defeated in the original late 1950's version. The 1978 remake seemed to cater more towards the 'pod creatures' advantage as the girl smiled at (Donald Sutherland) and he pointed and wailed at the end to give notion they were winning. The last 1993 remake entitled "Body Snatchers" seemed to imply that they the only two humans left as they fled for survival.
