keep an eye out on ebay for your electricals ..also keep an eye out for 'diplomas on sale'..beleive it or not they are stolen to be sold to immigrants to use as part of thier c.v's for job/uni applications.
Its rife here in new zealand..
diplomas..birth certs and passports.

Actually, I only had two for special occasions, and I didn't pay for 'em.
