After I had the other 7 in my hand, there were only three movies left in the same price range that I din't have: Ultraviolet, The Fog remake or Bloodrayne. I havent suffered through the other two, but given the choices I would have probably made the same decision had I not seen Ultraviolet.

for $2 I bought a tape of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. It has two episodes on it from the old show. I collect old cartoon shows on video (Earthworm Jim, TMNT, Sonic etc.)
As for horror, last thing I got was Dead Men Walk and King of the Zombies, my mom bought them for me from some dollar store. I already had 2 copies of both of them.
