I already answered this one....sorta...
Right here Inverted suspension and crucifiction...Then evisceration, and strangulation with the person's intestines, since they'd be hanging in their face by then anyway...

I thought about it a little more.
If I was going to go so far as to KILL somebody, as I mentioned, I'd have to be fairly angry with them. So, what I would go about doing would be to have them experience, systematically, the levels of pain and injuries that one can only attain through some kind of trauma or violent act - things that wouldn't kill them, but most likely put them in a world of hurt and terror - Like peircing of the eyeball and eardrum to begin, chopping a cleaver down into their arm bone, perhaps puncturing certain organs....no doubt there's plenty more....but it would just seem pointless to get it over and done with THAT quickly. first i would get a bunch of cannibals and lure the victims back to a far away and deserted place then me and the cannibals would eat like yummy yum yummers
