Hence, Donnie sacrificing his life for everything to be okay but given the opportunity to put everything right before he goes. Classic manipulation for poor ol' Donnie but then life can suck at times!

The Mothman is part of this, too!!! :p

Not as good as Donnie Darko...but The Machinist is a pretty good flick. If you liked The Machinist, I recommend The Jacket. Great movie, and a good mind-fuck, like these.

I've seen the Jacket. Maybe it's just all the hype there was for it, certainly didn't live up to my expectations.

Fine movie. I especially like (was it frank?) the rabbit.

Donnie Darko and The Machinist, love 'em both, very good, even great films. I haven't seen the director's cut of Donnie Darko yet, however.

I liked The Jacket as well, damn decent film and much better than I expected. But I haven't really had a desire to see it again.

The Jacket? I thought about renting it. It seemed like a crappy independent flick, was it any good?
