The cat on the left isn't Cleo. We think it's a stray and it keeps coming to my garden. It's fur is so matted and it CONSTANTLY makes a strange sound like a meow under water. I want to adopt it we're not sure if it has an owner, and then there's the vet bills to think about. Plus Tigger and Cleo aren't fond of him. In fact, in the picture, Cleo is actually looking at the cat. But he is really friendly. Loves to be stroked.
