Oh, don't fret. Some monkey fur in your orange juice makes the drink a happy one. Back before carbonated beverages were invented, people put monkey fur in their drinks to lend that "pep to their step"

Beware! That monkey hasnt won the BR this year so he is on the lookout for winning this. His fur might be poisonous, and he might have deliberately spiked the drinks. Not to mention he is a champion poo-flinger too! ;)

Since we have just started our game, I ll ease it out for those who sent in their entries rather hurriedly.

All of you may STILL revise your choices in THREE categories. If you want to change your choices, send me a PM duly mentioning the category, your old choice, and your selected NEW choice. Remember, revision is for THREE categories only!

This is the Choice Grid we will be using throughout Showdown...

ONE participant (anyone at random who is online at that moment) will be required to choose from those options numbered 01-09 in the Grid. (which will be randomised and not according to the categorisation at the moment)

And whats the "Mixed Bag" all about, you ask?

Well, if that participant chooses Mixed Bag, then random choices from any THREE categories go head-to-head against each other in the Showdown following the choice made. Like for example, a favorite book might take on a favorite character and a favorite song! ;)

Same rules which I stated earlier. Run to 5 votes, and the winner gets 1 point, the losers lose 1 point.

+1
-1
-1

And they will be entered into the leaderboards! :D

With 18 entries already in, we are good to tee off the Showdown. Entries are still open, and will continue to remain open for awhile.

So...THE GREAT HDC SHOWDOWN COMMENCES AT NOON EST TOMORROW!! BE HERE THEN FOLKS!!!

I'll throw my hat in the ring as well if we're still taking submissions. Would have signed up earlier, but I was out of town all weekend.
