Brought from the people who brought us 13 Ghosts (yay!) and House on Haunted Hill (oh shit...)! I enjoyed the story and effects of this much better than I did 13 Ghosts actually. Sad though that there weren't as many effects, the two preview images on the back are almost literally all the movie offers, so there's nothing new for us to enjoy. They also don't waste much time in getting to the scares, but the opening scene is so attention grabbing, you don't really care. It quenches your scare thirst until things start building up for the climax, and there were so many and so subtle, I couldn't take my eyes away from the screen. Very enjoyable flick.

Rewatch. Disappointing. Some of the actors were ok, but mostly they did not evoke emotion. Quite a few cheesy scenes that I guess are supposed to be filler/profound which of course they were not. It seems like either the director and writer(same person) felt they had to put in a lot of overused scenes or the backer of the film made him put them in. Noticable sfx were used sparingly and not well.

Only thing decent was the production and the cast.
