LOL! The mighty Krull film! Man, it's been a long time since I saw that. What do you think of it now?

Brings back good memories. I swear I watched every Sci-Fi/Fantasy/Sword & Sorcery type movie that came out growing up in the 80's. I actually really enjoy watching those kinds of B-movies now though.

I haven't watched the Blu-Ray yet. I watched the DVD a year or two ago and remember finding it maybe a little slow in spots, but otherwise still fun and entertaining. Hoping to sit down with the Blu-Ray and re-watch it this weekend.

Wow, I have not see Krull since the 80's! I think I probably watched the same movies that you did. Two movies that I tried to watch recently were soooo awful (I enjoyed them back in the day): Flash Gordon & the original Clash of the Titans. I would like to watch The Dark Crystal again and I enjoy The Labyrinth.

Flash Gordon is still one of my absolute favs. I bought that on Blu-Ray when it first got released. It's a perfect B-movie. It's got the perfect balance between of action, adventure and cheese. The Queen soundtrack is just an added bonus for me as well.

I've got Clash Of The Titans, The Dark Crystal and Labyrinth on Blu-Ray as well. Honestly I love them all. Clash is a classic and just a great B-movie. I still love the stop motion animation. I'd rather watch it than modern CG any day of the week. Dark Crystal is just so "dark". I'm surprised I was allowed to watch it as a kid. That's one of those movies that you don't really understand until you watch it as an adult. Labyrinth, well two words sum that one up for me...David Bowie...lol. His wig and his outfit alone make that movie worth watching over and over again, but those songs are just so catchy you can't help but get them stuck in your head no matter how cheesy they are. And of course who wouldn't have wanted Jennifer Connelly as a babysitter.

I do enjoy the Queen soundtrack to Flash Gordon!!

All on Blu-Ray, that's cool!! I lost count how many times I watched Clash when it first came out, wish I could get pass the cheese to still enjoy it. You're right, Dark Crystal is a 'dark' movie and there were a few parts that kind of creeped me out as a kid. It's such a cool movie though!! Yes, David Bowie is awesome!! Funny, I thought his songs in the movie were addicting too!! I think he has a way he just tends to grow on you.
