hey, you are talking about the country that coined the terms "expeshully" and "Pacificly"

My dad was a culinary arts major for one of his degrees, and was a recruiter for "Le Cordon Bleu" program at a local college for a year. I better know my shit :)

I thought you guys had sauce?

:D

I loved New Orleans. I'd liek to visit during a time of the year where there arent 1 million transient citizens every day, however...

There was a restauraunt we visited one day, it was near a big ass theater that served daquiris (saw pitch black there :D) called "Mr Big" or Bifggies or something like that. It was a ncie sit-down place. I had a dish called "Catfish Acadiana", it was fried catfish and hoemfries covered in a butter and shrimp sauce. it was in-fucking-credible. New orleans has the best fucking food outside of Paris.

you mean our own hot sause?

the theater you're talking about is the palace (I think).

and as for coming here when there isn't any tourist, good luck.

when the main population isnt tourists, basically when its not Mardi Gras or Jazz fest.

And i was making fun of you spelling "sauce" "sause", because i am a jerk :)

Cordon Bleu is winning, 3-0 btw.

hey, you realize those crazy cajuns origionated in canada right ?

Acadians who left .. and introduced french and hard core drinking to the bayou.

I have a buddy who's Acadian descent .. he's a great guy .. but he'll be the first to tell you that they are as crazy as bedbugs.

Good music too ..

even that changed and became something different down there ..

I love zydeco by the way ...
