“Play. Pause. Kill.” French Short Film
Hello everyone!
I wrote and directed a short horror film that came out on YouTube and Vimeo this past Halloween after film festival circulation. Unfortunately with Covid it didn’t really helped with film festivals so I’m hoping it would get a bit of feedback and views online. It has a strong female lead and I’m pretty proud of the work I done in this one. Let me know what you think and share if you can! Thank you! https://youtu.be/7pnwKFiiaUM |

Review "Play. Pause. Kill."
Hi,
I find this a short movie of high quality. The way it's presented with the date thing, close-ups, sex and the time-warp is quite daring! Also the dialogue was refined and the tense part of the film was actually tense . In particular, the woman's acting made her seem vulnerable, and there wasn't enough time for the viewers to think in any other way about her! I'm not sure if I got the concept in the end . It seems like it could lend itself for a longer movie as well! Congratulations to David Teixeira. Korovox |
