GOING TO PIECES: THE RISE AND FALL OF THE SLASHER FIL, 1978-1986 by Adam Rockoff.

Pretty good history, including films before HALLOWEEN. Has an update dealing with SCREAM and I KNOW WHAT YOU DID LAST SUMMER.

Survive The Night: Riley Sager is the book I'm reading right now. I love the fact that it takes place during the 90's. I've been reading a lot of horror books lately and plan to read more in the future.

The question of what book you are reading is always interesting, especially when it comes to self-improvement. I recently started reading a book about healthy living and proper nutrition, and it mentions a tdee calculator. This book explains how to calculate your total daily energy expenditure and use this data to achieve your fitness goals. Knowing my TDEE has helped me better understand how many calories I need to consume to maintain my weight or lose fat. The book also emphasizes the importance of a balance between physical activity and diet. By applying the tips from the book and using the TDEE calculator, I have become more conscious about my nutrition and training, which inspires me to achieve new goals.
