Christmas/End of Year gifts

So every year someone ends up making this thread anyways, not sure how the timezones work exactly but it's Christmas night here, about 10:45pm.

I should make a point to say that I think it's a shame that Christmas has been as commercialised and bastardised as it has...though I'm sure I'm not the only one to have embraced that line of thinking.
Who knows, maybe one day I'll head out and find someplace that lets me donate a gift to a poor child so things might be a little closer to their origins...in fact, I think that's a tradition I'll be kicking off in my household when we have our River.
Until then though, the current thing myself and the lady do is buy some gifts for our respective family members we're still talking to...and we've allocated a dollar value to gifts we buy for eachother in terms of our close buddies, it's like, everyone gets something for everyone, and the rest try to keep under wraps what it is.
Aaaanyways, onto the rest of the thread:

So, what did everyone get?

The lady bought me a "toy" crossbow, if you can call it that

Now, let me tell you...some very interesting results when those darts are modified. This one stopped getting sold here it seems, so yeah glad she got in when she did.
I got a Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate block from work, and several beers and beer holder things from the guys that rent our workspace out.
One of our two close buds got me some super fuckin' sour candy from the UK and choc coated coffee beans along with some Naga Jolojkia chilli sauce.
Other friend got me "Assassins Creed" which I've been thinking about playing for quite a while now.
Also recieved a burned copy of something called "Troll Hunter".

That's it for me, might be more coming.

You guys?

Clothes, dvds, cds nothing too exciting. It was worth it to watch my neices and nephews open their presents and play with the toys I got them though.
