There's a similar one with Regan from The Exorcist, and it's horrible indeed.

here's one ...

look at your finger close up to your eye for 30 seconds - keep your finger as still as possible.

then jam it quickly into your eye as hard as you can.


you should get the illusion of a blinding white or dark red light followed by smaller dots of light.


If it doesnt work, repeat with the other eye.
