				oooooooookay back to lycanthropy

its my personal belief that lycanthropy is spread through the tranmission of fluids (saliva, blood, semen, urine etc.), like a virus. this would be assuming the condition does in fact exist. As an ever evolving virus this could explain alot, why some werewolves turn under a full moon, why some dont, etc.

i think the original wolf movies didnt focus on the disease concept because of the time of which they were released. All the oldschool films it has more to do with a curse, as do all the old legends. I believe this is b/c in the world that we live in today the concept of a myth is no longer valid in society. Thing must have a reason. So as times went on and our world became more and more obsessed with the "why concept", werewolf movies acclimated. |
