'weeps uncontrollably'.. I loved that guy. We had this handicap guy living nextdoor to us and he used to stand in the middle of the road..with an air guitar and sing H.R Puffinstuff' at the top of his lungs.. but it sounded something like .. AYE DARRRR PUPPIN DUPP'..'splash' (that was me dumping a bucket of water over his sorry ass..cos he was singing it at 3am every morning)
