Alright, I had watched this once and found it drastically over-stated on this message board so I figured maybe I wasn't in the right frame of mind for it & when I saw it on Encore this week, I DVR'd it and gave it another go... I don't know what it is, but I just can 't get in to this film. I'm not a big fan of ghost/haunting stories to begin with, but ones that try to pull it off without even bothering to show you the ghost really need to make up for it some other way and I just don't feel like this one does it. The direction is fine, the acting is fine, but there's barely any gore and the plot gets unneccesarily confusing towards the end when it tries throwing in twists and turns. I don't know... I've tried twice now and haven't really dug this movie either time. C

haven't be posting too much lately b/c of work, but i have been watching a shit ton of movies as usual. here are a few:
kiss kiss bang bang - good flick, watch it twice midnight run - smart, funny, great acting jersey girl - not as bad as reviewed eaten alive - vomit carnage - why god why sympathy for lady vengeance - great, watch it twice vampire hunter d - always a fun watch... the only thing i don't like about the flick is the over explantion of the plot in the characters' dialogue. maybe it's lost in the translation, but that's why i'm not a big fan of anime.

was actually dissapointed with this film, i got told it was scary n it wasnt :( n the dog died :mad: but was an ok film
