"This will change how we live"
Urge's "Big Change" thread made me think about this:
There are tons of things, it seems every year now, that make the news, or in some other way are presented to us as things that will "Change the world, revolutionize how we do *insert whatever*", but then fizzle and fade into obscurity, inevitably becoming a witty reference for one o fthose jack-offs on VH1. First few that come to mind: The Segway digital actors (Final Fantasy movie....) Crystal Pepsi
