Need help with a word

Does anyone know the name of a phobia (preferably) or an illness/ condition for Fear of nostalgia? Or fear of memories, reminiscince, etc?

Okay..I've got a couple that I keep forgetting...I KNOW them, I just draw a blank when I try to think of them

1) The plastic things on the tips of shoelaces...Yes, they DO have a name...I just keep forgetting it

and

2) The thing inside a bell that makes the noise when it bangs against the side...I can USUALLY remember that one if I think about it long enough, but it's just not coming to me at the moment

Thank you...Damn it's irritating...When I try to think of the first one I always get argyle and eyelet stuck in my head and I can't get past them...I guess I need to mix them together...Sorta

As for the second, like I said, I do eventually get that one :)
