I grew up on
The Exorcist, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, The Hills Have Eyes, Escape From New York and The Road Warrior.

and so have my children

I'd say every one of those was more intense then The Dark Knight.

Heh I was raised on To Kill A mockingbird(watching it again right now for the first time in a long time),The 3 Stooges(I LOVE that show),Terminator and Robocop.I think I did alright. Some things from different eras.I'm catching up now,I think.I mean on all the classics.I've yet to watch a silent movie though.I want to.
