So bad, in fact, that I couldn't stop watching. It was hilarious, at times both intentionally and unintentionally. Special effects and acting were horrible. Highly recommended.
Haha....sounds like something I would enjoy....:D

Satan's Little Helper ~ kind of funny at times, problem is, it seems to go on way too long.

The Breed ~ pretty much what I expected, yet I watched it anyway.

Dead and Buried ~ first time seeing this, and its very good, such a dark, unsettling atmosphere. Glad I finally watched it.

That said, there is a difference between ambiguity and just confusing the living Jesus out of your audience. Leaving more questions than answers is great, but refusing to answer ANYTHING is just lazy writing.

Anamorph isn't an awful movie by any means. The set-up is great and the acting is very good (Dafoe never disappoints). But in it's attempt to be "edgy" and "mysterious", it manages to leave you wondering what the hell you just spent 107 minutes watching.

When you really think about it I guess there are some interesting theories to come up with, but the more that I think about this movie the more I think "Why should I care?"
Has anyone else around here seen this one? I'd kind of like to hear what other people thought, because it was so close to being a good movie.

HA! Yes!
I actually own that one on DVD. Pretty much everything that happens in it is completely preposterous.
An incredibly entertaining watch.

Nope, do you recommend it? From what you wrote it seems that it's a rather tepid film and not really worth the effort.

i'd buy it on dvd if i saw it in a flash ... if nothing else - for the scene of that little dog running on the spot on the slippery floor :)

I would never go so far as to recommend it, but I also wouldn't expressly advise anyone to stay away from it.

Please don't go out of your way, but if you have nothing better to do and can watch it free/cheap, by all means do so. About 75% of it is a VERY good film - only problem is that they left out the other 25% entirely.

The Halloween Tree (1993)

This is one cool movie.
When I was a kid, I remember watching it the night it premiered on Disney, I think it was. I was so pumped about it. After that, I used to watch it at least five times every Hallowe'en season.
I've always wanted to pick up the book.

To tell you the truth, I don't remember that line, but it would be entirely appropriate for this film.
