Well, thinking mainly of technique... And considering I'm a metal fan...

I'm gonna have to go with Mike Patton as well, most definately. Fantomas - The Director's Cut, own it, love it. Movie buffs should seek out this album

I like Layne Staley he was great but best I wanna say more like "Rob Halford" or so.. And as for that Ripper Owens gets no credit at all being he can do all Rob ever could and then some.

Yeap, that sucks... I guess some metal fans can be way more conservative than they'd like to admit... And so, even if Owens is a great vocalist, most just don't dare to say that he can kick some seeeeerious ass just... Just because, you know?

The Ripper was nowhere near as good as Halford.

I'm still going to say Layne Staley.
I also love: Chris Cornell, Mick Jagger, Paul McCartney, Black Francis, Eric Bloom, David Gilmour, Freddie Mercury, Joshua Homme, Anthony Kiedis, Jack White.
