On the hot-plate menus for tomorrow...

GERMANY - ENGLAND

ARGENTINA - MEXICO

Let's see some predictions.

The first one should be a real cracker of a match. I ll give a slight edge to Germany.

Argentina should have the second one covered though. Pretty safe bet.

Its close to 2 40 AM, folks. Good thing tomorrow is a Sunday.

Good night. Till we meet tomorrow!

Sure. I'm not a fan of it and it's frustrating, but in the end you do what you have to to win.

USA played some late entertaining football in this WC. Kudos to them for making it so far with plenty of drama & excitement.

And Ghana is surely the better side tonight and physically & tactically a great match for Uruguay in the quarter final. Congrats Ghana...congrats Gyan...want to see your fabulous dance move more in this tournament.:)

I'm not so sure about that. Mexicans are also very attacking in the field, I think it'll be a pretty tight match while Argentina are not so convincing in their defense.

But anyway, let's hope for the best...GO ARGENTINA! I'll love to see some Messi-Massacre inside the Mexican D-box & goal post.

20 minutes into the match...

ITS 1 - 0 TO GERMANY!!!

Miroslav Klose gets through some very shoddy English defense.

England pull ONE back!!

2 - 1, Germany still lead.

Superb curler in by Gerrard off a short corner kick, which is perfectly headed in by Upson.

...and seconds within that, ENGLAND HAVE BEEN DENIED A SURESHOT GOAL WHICH WOULD HAVE EQUALISED THE SCORE TO 2 - 2!!!

Lampard's shot ricocheted off the top part of the goal post and thundered between the post and the line 2-3 times before the GK caught it and ran out. Replays showed that the ball was most definitely IN!!

Sheer bad luck for England. Another bit of extremely poor refereeing.

Haven't seen a replay yet, but I'm pretty sure Lampard just scored right?
