Last Horror Movie director Julian Richards is gearing up for his next horror project, Shiver, which begins lensing this month in Saskatchewan.

Danielle Harris revealed via Twitter that she'll be starring, alongside some friends.

"So excited to tackle the most challenging role yet. Gonna star in 'Shiver; opposite John Jarratt and Luke Goss... Haven't been this terrified reading in a LONG TIME. I'm so ready for this."

Jarrat starred as the villain in Greg McLeon's Wolf Creek, while Goss starred in Guillermo del Toro's Blade II and Hellboy II.

Starship Troopers star Casper Van Dien and 1985 Commando star Rae Dawn Chong have both also joined up. Nikita Esco and Brad Harris round out the cast.

Penned by Robert Weinbach, the plot involves LAPD homicide detective Sebastian Delgado who must track down a serial killer who takes his victim's heads as trophies and leaves a bizarre calling card in their place.
