Looking for a horror movie. PLEASE HELP !!
Hello guys im looking for a movie.

It is a group of people ( not sure if prisoners or from orphanage ) that were sent to an old building ( i think to clean it ) and inside they find a horrible deformed man that finds them and kills them. He has a chain hook that grabs them. The movie is before 2000.

If you can please help me find that horror film you would sure make me happy :-) Thanks

Yes looks like it, but is there another older movie like it ? like some movie based on this film ? But yes is quite close !
