Army Of Darkness

Sam Rami's horror/comedy classic. My 5 year old daughter saw it for the first time and she loved it. The next generation of fans has arrived.

holy hell did the cheap jump scares work well. Almost gave me a heart attack several times.

Recommended for the haunted house fans.
Pussy!:D

Found only the scene on the stairway decently done, other than that pretty average shit.

I just recently bought this and I had forgotten how well it was done for the time period.

Where is the love for this, horror fans?

It starts off really well, with an interesting and novel premise, and builds up into a superbly decent film. Even though low key and shot throughout one particular night, it builds up plenty of atmosphere and suspense and maintains it pretty well throughout. There's enough gore to satisfy the gorehounds as well, 1-2 scenes pretty cringeworthy.

All in all, a nice little low budget effort which could very well turn out to be a under-appreciated gem of the genre.

Highly recommended.

Hmmm, I don't remember ever hearing about it. I'll have to see if I can find it.

I've seen Scarecrows. Pretty decent 80s horror with an interesting premise. Liked it too.
