Hi! Im new hear!

you have to know the link to the pic... like http://runmeaway.com/pic.jpg
or something... whatever ... and when you're typing your message... there is the place where you can adjust your font and stuff.. there is and button: IMG... just type the address in the box that pops up.. it'll insert the pic for you
