Hi Folks!

Hi everyone!

Just wanted to stop by and say hi. I really miss message boards and hate how so many of them have died and gone away. Kudos to this board for standing the test of time.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to discussing horror with all you cool cats and I'll try to not be a stranger. If you are interested in learning more about me and my books, come say hi over at www.gordrollo.com when you can.

Cheers!

Gord

Gord, you suck at social media. You forgot to mention putting some of your short stories in e book format and the redesign of your paperback books.

When will you learn!

Ha! You're right, I definitely do suck at social media. Trying though. I need a really cheap publicist. As in free - lol! I just didn't want to spam anyone my first time here :)

How about this...

Hi Folks, my name's Gord Rollo and I'm the author of over 50 published short stories, 6 novellas, and 5 full length novels. I was just selected as #36 on this fine website's top 100 horror authors of all time poll and I've recently teamed up with a great new small press named Enemy One to re-release all my backlist titles and short story collections. 2013 will bring many new books too, including my new horror/dark fantasy novel THE TRANSLATORS. If you have time, please stop by and follow me on twitter, "like" my Facebook author page so we can stay in touch, and sign up for my monthly newsletter over on www.gordrollo.com as soon as you can. The urls for all those places are in my signature line below so come say hi. I'm really looking forward to talking to you cool cats!

There, that any better???

:)

Cheers!

Gord

Hi John,

THE TRANSLATORS is actually an expansion of LOST. That obscure little novella was about 30,000 words where as the expanded novel version came in at 93,000 words. Same storyline, basically, but a bigger cast of characters and the action takes place on a bit more of an epic, global stage.

Cheers!
