I have some work to finish and then we have to finish Zodiac (started it last night)...
BUt.... I got a call yesterday asking if i was interessted in a contract in Manchester, about an hour from where i live. I called the guy, and after seeing a half-finished version of my resume, they wanted to interview me today! So i went, i interviewed, it went well, but i was reserved, because i have been constantly kicked in the balls by life for the past 6 months; every time something good seems just around the corner, we get screwed. SO i got a call from the recruiter today After a second, unrelated interview, and I GOT IT! I guess they really liked me because i was told they had two more interviews, and one was for tomorrow, i wasnt supposed to get any news until tomorrow afternoon, but I found out this afternoon i got the conract! And it is huge, i will get to work from home some days, and the pay is outrageously good (if it was a full time job, it would be six figures). Combine that with my already well paying part time wqork, and I am a man on a comeback. I am going top wait until my first paycheck to get Bioshock; until then i will just play the demo over and over and over and over.....

okay, anyone else have issues with the sound in the demo? mine has so much echo and background static i cant understand a damn thing.... (in bioshock, that is)

Well, its officially out. Haven't picked it up yet - I am a bit concerned about the activation issues that some people are having (ie limited number of activations allowed, have to uninstall before you reformat etc to get an activation back).
I really want to pick this one up - I was planning on leaving work a bit early yesterday to go out and get it (it was released here yesterday). However I think I want to see how this goes before buying.
