I watch it on my computer at work while eating lunch. At home I watch it on TV through Roku.

Is anyone aware of a film that is almost all improvisation? |

Like most folks using Netflix, I run a LAN cable from my internet router to my Bluray DVD player; and a HDMI cable to my HD TV. These palyers list on the box they are Netflix/etc enabled, as they have memory/capacities to facilitate Netflix, Youtube, on demand films, Pandora, etc. Those work great because you can easily flip through everything with the Bluray remote control. If anyone goes that route, you'll want to get a Bluray with a high degree of memory, because some Bluray DVDs have extra data that the DVD has to load in order to play the DVD.

Most of the Christopher Guest ensemble cast comedies are largely improvised and contain some of the best improv work I can think of. Also pretty much everything from Curb Your Enthusiasm is improvised. I know Pacino is/ was a big fan of improv. Dog Day Afternoon contains a fair amount of improvised work. If I remember right I think Pacino was familiar with a bunch of the cast (maybe affiliated with a theatre company he worked with) and they did a ton of improvised rehearsing to get into the mind of the characters and give it a more natural feel. |

So I switched to a Blu-Ray player, which was okay, but kinda slow and the app was pretty cumbersome. So I switched to my new Smart TV (I bought it for myself for Christmas), which has a dual core processor built in. I really like that setup. The app is fast, and having the remote built into the TV remote is convenient. I also watch fairly regularly through my Samsung Galaxy S3, which you'd be surprised works really well, and is just as high def as my TV. At close range it's essentially the same size. Sometimes I'll use my Jambox via Bluetooth for sound, but usually it's through headphones. Once in a while I'll use a tablet -- kindle fire, iPad, HP Touchpad (rooted with android), Microsoft Surface, Dell Venue 8". Some of those I've accumulated from projects at work (I'm a software engineer). I usually just prefer my phone though when not using the TV. |

Same here. I don't want to watch movies, TV, etc on a computer or phone. Mostly because I want a comfortable chair.
