if they ever make a Re-animator remake...

Hi guys im new here but im a huge horror film geek from cult classics like the fly all the way to feast ive seen it

Anyway I was watching tv the other day and the trailer for "beautiful creatures" came on. Now I usually disregard it when its on but this time sat through it and couldnt help but notice that the male protagonist, or so it seems, reminded me so much of a young Jeffrey Combs. His name is Alden Ehrenreich and have yet to check out his range or acting but what do you guys, think if they ever decide to remake re-animator or a fourth installment, would he be able to don a white coat and Herbert West name tag?
