It's hard to believe, but 2008 is the 20th anniversary of the release of the original Child's Play movie. Wow - Chucky is now twenty years old! To celebrate the occasion, Chucky's family got together and released a special anniversary DVD edition of the original movie. Besides the DVD release, the big news is that a remake of the original film is in the works. To get more insight into the past -- and future -- of everyone's favorite deadly doll, Staci Wilson sat down with Don Mancini and Chucky himself. Here's Don, and his rather quiet sidekick:

| Gee, wow, I can't believe it's been that long either. I actually thought it was older. Because I wasn't born when the first was released. Happy Birthday, Chucky. I really liked both the Bride of Chucky and the Seed of Chucky--I don't know which I like most between the two. | |
