Well, with hometown you have to make a couple generalizations and then see if they start to look legit or not. For instance, I'm generally up all night long due to my job so I am used to really late nights, but if it's 4am and I am playing against someone from Minnesota on Saturday night, then I am gonna assume that person is probably tired or drunk until I see them prove differently.
That sort of thing.
When I am playing online, even when I am not in a hand, I am constantly 'glemaing' the screen for any and all information I can attain.
