Nothing good can come from ruining the endings of films or cluing poeple into the fact that the film they are about to watch has a twist.

If you know a twist is coming, you start hunting for it, which undermines the drama and can ruin a film. As a viewer, I try to go along for the ride and never try to "figure it out" because that can only undermine the drama of a situation.
Come on, Sean. We aren't discussing anything that hasn't already been discussed or seen by at least the majority of the movie-loving public. Who doesn't know about Empire Strikes Back or Usual Suspects?

Just finished watching Secret Window on cable. Good little twist in the tale, that one too (although it might have been predictable).

LOVED that one, pretty clever little double twist.

Inside had an alright little twist. (I know it's not a movie but) Knights of the Old Republic had an awesome twist worthy of any movie. Also, after thinking about it for a while, I thought High Tension's was ok.

_V_, you need this t-shirt.

although i do agree with this to a point - i've foind that even if somone mentioned there was a twist before you see a film .. if its a good film you become engrossed in it and totally forget it's coming.

at least - i'm able to do that.

if the film is so shitty and ham fisted that they're projecting what is to come with obvious foreshadowing.. it wont matter, its a crap film anyway.
